Command Mission
High Command exists to provide the military forces needed to deter war and to protect the security of our Empire.
Command Organization
High Command is a Cabinet-level Organization. Reporting to it are the 2 military departments (Imperial Navy and the Marine Corps) and 3 defense agencies. The two services are subordinate to their military departments. The Marine Corps is a second armed service in the Imperial Navy. The military departments are responsible for recruiting, training and equipping their forces, but operational control of those forces is assigned to one of the unified combat commands.
3 Defense Agencies
Strategic Operations Command
· Directs development and execution of operations in support of KHB interests and regional alliances in the GSA Command's area of responsibility and area of interest.
· Ensures joint and combined warfighting capability through operational directives, plans, orders, joint training, and exercises.
· Is the principal conduit of operations information and requirements between High Command, Joint Staff, Unified Combat Command, and subordinate commands.
Imperial Intelligence Services
· Provides accurate, evidence-based, comprehensive, and timely intelligence; and
· Conducts special activities, services, and other functions related to the Klingon Honor Brigade as directed by KHB leaders.
· Provides services that add substantial value to the management of crises, the conduct of war, and the development of policy.
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
· Is the central research and development organization for the Klingon Honor Brigade. It manages and directs selected basic and applied research and development projects for the KHB, and pursues research and technology where risk and payoff are both very high and where success may provide dramatic advances for traditional military roles and missions.

Joint Chiefs of Staff
· Assists and advises High Command in the performance of their duties.
· Supervises and coordinates the functions of the Unified Combat Command Staff.
Office of the Imperial Political Advisor (OIPA)
· Advises and consults with High Command on political, political military and economic factors affecting the GSA Command Area of Responsibility.
· Ensures that sound political advice is consistently available in a timely manner.
Office of the Judge Advocate (OJA)
· Provide Legal Advice to High Command and its staff primarily in the following areas:

Ethic/Standards of Conduct
· Function as the Single Point of Coordination and Direction with Respect to the Legal Staffs of Unified Combat Commands (KHBMC, KHBSFC, KHBEFC, KHBSOC)
· Provide Liaison and Coordination with High Command, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Military Departments (KIN, KMC).
